At J Star Medical Supply, we greatly appreciate your business, and we also understand that uncontrollable circumstances may cause you to need to cancel a rental. There may be occasions in which we can only provide a partial refund and some in which we are unable to provide a refund at all. Contact us with any questions concerning our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Details

Cancellations for beach transport chairs and scooters before accepting equipment will be assessed a 50% processing fee of the base rental price, delivery excluded.
Cancellations on all other items before equipment acceptance will be assessed a 10% processing fee of the base rental price, delivery excluded.
Cancellation processing fees will be waived if we can rent the same item or items for the original or a longer length of time.
No refunds are accepted due to weather. Exceptions are made at the sole discretion of management.
Refunds will not be made for any unused portion of the rental period.
